Works great on my 2021 Ram 3500. I also ordered a weatherproof receptacle to install. I do not have fog lights so I will install it in that place. The weatherproof receptacle I ordered comes with a 2” hole saw. I also ordered a roll of 1 and half inch shrink wrap to use where I plug the heater cord to the weather proof receptacle.

Got this in right before we got all the cold weather in SE Texas. Shure was nice to go to work in the morning with a warm truck with out pre starting.Fast shipping, works as it should, fairly easy install. Went in from underneath.

cord needs to be about 2 feet longer or at least a selection of lengths for the added bull crap under the hood on these newer trucks

This cord is a perfect fit for the 5.9L Cummins diesel motor. Not really much to say, it's a cord/plug that threads on to the factory installed heater. No instructions were included.
