I purchased this 4 camera package for my father in law. It was needed because of the strange peraons that started residing next door. I am definitely impressed. It was very easy to install. Since i purchased this system i have no regrets. The camera and alarm comes in great feature especially in the night. And it comes with a light. It is easily hidden and it comes with a feature for your cell phone. Best price. If i have to purchase i will buy it again

This system blows my old system away. It was time for an upgrade, and I am definitely impressed. Not going to lie, you must put forth the effort to make the most of this. Once setup you are good for years. My main suggestion to anyone is first lay out the system on the table and plug it in. Learn how to operate the alarm part of the camera and turn it off if desired. That way you do not attract attention by having the cameras giving alarms accidentally. Figure out how everything works. Test the system before running your cables...... Phone app is pretty killer too. Once you get the hang of this thing you will be happy. And for the price...what a value.

The DVR is actually an NVR as it records and can be accessed remotely. The menu on screen can be a little confusing at first , but is easy after using it a few times. The cameras do have a PIR function which sets off a motion light and audible alarm , which can be slightly annoying but is very easy to disable through the PIR settings ( It's located in the PTZ section under PELCO-C ).Cameras are easily connected to Video/POE style cable and easily hook up to NVR unit.Mobile App is also easy to use , allows access to cameras , video playback , screenshots and camera view selection from 1-16 cameras..1 TB of storage allows continuous recording for the month then has a USB port for transferring files.Camera produce great quality video , And can be used with VGA or HDMI.Night Vision is clear throughout picture..Not just one small area as you have with Arlo brand cameras If you are looking for a basic , Easy to use system that is affordable then you have found it.You will not find a better system for the price with the features this system provides Additional cameras are not expensive - Can add up to 4 additional cameras after the four you receive with the system.

The video quality of this product is great and even night mode. The problem is there is an audible alarm coming from the cameras with a spot light feature that turns on at night time when motion is detected. This means every time someone walks by, a branch on a tree moves, or anything else - the alarm goes off for 2 minutes. I've contacted technical support for an entire week and no one can tell me how to disable the alarm. On my other zosi system, it can be done on the mobile app. On this system, I've tried disabling PIR, motion, sensor, and many other things yet the alarm is still audible at night. I may need to return the product if I can't find someone in technical support to help me. So far technical support is not great at providing a solution to this problem.

Hardware installation went as well as might be expected. Only problems were some difficulty getting the cameras to tilt and stay as desired (minor problem) and very difficult to wall mount the base station. Even though mounting holes are present, couldn't find screws that would fit properly (major annoyance).Image quality is good, and the IR night vision is fair. The IR illumination does not cover the full visual field of view.Software is a disaster. In my work, we often talk about what happens when software developers don't talk to each other. This appears to be a case where the software developers hated each other. To develop on the cheap, ZOSI may have tried to patch together bits and pieces of code scavenged from other projects or other companies. In theory, code reuse is efficient. In this case it is nearly terminally frustrating, because the user interface changes from step to step. Online videos are sometimes helpful, sometimes confusing. There is no full manual. There are no help files. There are mysterious setup questions. Questions sent to the help desk get answered, but I had too many. I have my 3-camera installation basically running. I intend to replace it with WyzeCam V3 cameras and some [TBD] industry standard software, possibly Luxriot, as soon as I have time.Hard to tell whether ZOSI is one of the Chinese suppliers who may be delivering systems that are pre-hacked by their home team. If so, I hope the PLA is having as much trouble accessing and manipulating the system as I had. In any case, I did not provide any identifying location info with my system configuration. Of course, they have the IP address to enable remote access.Update Sept 2022: The ZOSI is still limping along, not doing anything but basic surveillance. The OEM cables showed signs of mutual interference among the camera feeds into the display, so I needed to replace two. We've tested out the WyzeCam 3 day and night at the site, and the performance is outstanding. Haven't selected system software yet. We've tried BlueIris with the cameras reprogrammed with the Wyse RSTP communication protocol, which works well but has a steep learning curve. Temporarily we are using the Wyse camera monitoring service.
