I bought this about a year ago for camping and it's still going strong. The foot pump has better function and is way easier to use than the one on the previous version of the same mat-Airlive2000X.

I bought this as a gift for my men. He works at a old folks home as a nurse and gets to use it to sleep during his break at night. easy use. compact enough to travel with or leave in his locker at work.

Haven’t slept on the mattress yet, so I can’t comment on its comfort. Did want to mention that when I ordered green/gray I received yellow/gray. When I ordered blue/gray I received green/gray. So if colour matters to you, be prepared for a surprise.

I have a couple of these in the 24” width version which I like just fine but if you sleep with legs or arms extended like me, the extra 4” of width is much appreciated and helps me sleep better. It includes instructions and a patch kit but after using these for about 7 nights/year for 5 years, I’ve never had one fail. Setup it’s really easy and it takes 130-150 steps (1-2 mins) to inflate. It also includes a standard valve on the back for inflating with an air pump if you want it set up quicker. It’s a bit on the heavy side for backpacking but it’s perfect for car camping and takes up little room when storing. It tends to be a bit noisy during the night when I toss and turn so I like to wrap it in a full bed fitted sheet when I use it. I haven’t used it in cold temps but it’s been comfortable down to around 50 degrees. I highly recommend it!

The mattress is durable and was very comfortable when used during couple of fishing trips this past summer. I chose the Wide Plus model 76”x28.7”x4” over the 24” wide one and the extra room makes big difference. It’s also 2” longer than the regular one so someone like me 6’2” will appreciate it.The outer material feels rugged and resistant to punctures. After several uses, it still looks brand new with no visible signs of wear and tear.I like the built in foot pump for quick inflation. I wasn’t sure if the mattress will be hard enough with only use of the built in pump but I was nicely surprised. It took me 3-5min to inflate it to the hardness level I like.I also have to mention my experience with the customer service. The first mattress received was defective. One of the dividers in between the air chambers blew out creating sort of pillow in the middle of the mattress. Emailed the pictures to the customer service and within a week received new mattress.I’m happy with the purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfortable sleeping experience.

I've been sleeping on this mattress nightly for about a month. I really like the overall style of it and how compact it will be to store. As a side sleeper, the 4" thickness keeps me from hitting bottom. The wider width is perfect. The foot inflator is convenient and works well, even with it laying on top of a cot. I'm using this mattress along with a 2" pc of memory foam over it. My set up is very comfortable and I have no aches in the morning. The only negative is that is has a slow leak somewhere and has to be pumped back up every evening. I do get through the night ok though. I replaced 2 older Thermarest mattresses, stacked for this and have no regrets.Updated 2 months after daily use. I have found that the mattress air is leaking back into the pump intake chamber and my cap's plug seal is not tight enough to contain the air; hence, a deflated bag in the morning. My plug is not the white 2-pc style as shown in website photos. Mine has a gray push-in plastic plug that uses a bead and groove for sealing. Not sure which is the current version so I've reached out to the company for comment.Final Update: Customer Service rates a 5 star. My experience with them was fantastic and I received a new mattress within a week.....and it's perfect. The gray plug is the current version. Will likely buy another one.

I would highly recommend this. I should admit, I'm a big guy, 6 feet tall, 300 pounds and very solid. We (My wife and I) bought TWO of these for a camping trip on Motorcycles. (I was pulling a small trailer with the equipment) These were the SMALL items in the equipment. We used these with two folding cots we also found on Amazon. As I expected (from other reviews), the FOOT pump was fairly useless, but I was able to just blow into the valve easily to inflate them. They held up wonderfully, deflated easily and rolled back up VERY nicely and fit well back into their carry bags.No leaked air!!They were not used directly on the ground, but did make sleeping on the cots VERY comfortable. The width was just about perfect for use on the cots too. We slept very well! The thickness was good enough I would have used them on the ground with confidence, and they did roll up again very compactly.I WILL advise that you open the foot pump, press all the air out of it you can, then try to plug it before it can suck in more air. The pump took up a bit of room if not deflated as well.I honestly docked a star simply because the built in "Foot Pump" really didn't help and took way too long to use. My lungs were far faster. ;-) (Maybe it's just all my hot air?) Otherwise this was a very sturdy and well made product and we were nicely impressed.
