After a lot of research I learned some crabby's were picky so I bought a variety of stuff. Why the crabs finally get here and long behold they didn't like any of the other food. So I put one of these out and out of nowhere the one crabby came out grabbed it and pulled it back into his hut LOL. I guess it takes him awhile to get over the trauma of pet store industry. But these have been great while I figure out what they like. At least they're not going hungry thanks to these.

Great for when we are on vacation. One has lasted us a month for one crab and there is still some left.

I was a bit surprised to find that these were not the average size, but much smaller. It was not a major issue, and they still served their purpose, even though they were considerably more expensive.

These are terrific. I didn’t even know my crab needed these. So excited that we have them. He has thoroughly enjoyed them and is out Running around his aquarium and having a big time I think this is a big help. Thanks so much.

I used this for my Mystery Snails and they seem to love it. I see them munching on it all the time. Their shells seem a bit better as well, so I think that it's doing them some good as far as that's concerned.

He just finished molting and I've never used these before. When he finally came out after munching on his molt and hardening up his exoskeleton again, he went straight for it and has been nibbling on it for hours.

I bought these to give my hermit crabs to add another variety of food for them. They are odorless, and the directions are pretty straightforward: Just put them in their food dish. One has been in the dish for over three weeks, and while it's been moved around, it doesn't look like it's been eaten from at all. My three crabs are pretty large (7+ years old), and I think I'd be able to tell if any had been nibbling on it. I already provide them with 3 different types of crab food plus fresh greens, so I have to assume that they aren't find of the taste of these. I took off 2 stars for them not being interested in these and added a star back because a $1.60 is not a lot to lose. Any time we get a new type of food for our pets, we take a gamble on whether they'll even like it. If you're looking for a little variety like I was, I'd encourage you to at least give these a try.

Not sure why so many other hermit crab don’t like these, but ours pick away at them all the time! We’ve been buying these for years and always have one available, plus we add an extra when we are away.

These are good for snacks and if you go away, hermits are scavengers so these little treats are a must
