Easy to install, worked great for a while, but did not last long in a heavily rainy environment. This product is probably great for places that get light rain, but compared to graphite impregnated rubber, the silicone did not seem to hold up very long to the Pacific Northwest rainy winter. I am now trying the insert version made from graphite impregnated rubber, which seems to be more durable than silicone.
