Nice box to store them. Each set of parallels came individually wrapped in oil which i can appreciate cause that trip over the pacific would leave its mark of freshly ground metal.

Several of the "pairs" of parallels are over a thou different in size. 1/2 inch are between .0015 and .0018 different end to end from each other. I already have a junk set of parallels that were under my bench when I started my job. The red box ones are all the same with different names/sellers. I wanted to buy something better but there isn't anything out there between the $30-40 stuff and $250 or $300 and up. Don't think of them as JUNK, think of them as make your own parallel starter sets. Don't buy them if you don't have access to a good grinder. Seriously.
