I purchased this item to hang my floor fan in my garage to get better air flow. It has helped keep the air moving in the Texas heat as I work in my garage on refinishing furniture. It was easy to install and worked perfectly with my floor fan. Would purchase again to hand another fan as the Texas heat is brutal.
