My son was having problems with bugs from the house next to him being a hoarder who has passed and now it is abandoned. The house is just sitting and being taken over and spilling out through the neighborhood. This stuff has really helped keep them at bay until they can get the city to do something about it.. we know that will probably be never though.

It was great. Applied the day if leaving for the weekend camping came back home to what looked like I sat a nuclear bomb off in the house . Dead pest everywhere. No visible residue left behind great product would definitely buy it again.

I've got a German roach infestation. Bought this thinking it would help. Been three weeks, and I'm on my second gallon of spray and still have roaches everywhere. Btw, I've been using the highest dosage per gallon for each. It has a strong smell after spraying. Still holding out hope but may have to move along and try a different product after this. Maybe it'll work for you but my roaches apparently got immunized against it.

Unfortunately, I live in California and there’s new regulations on what pest control we can and can’t use. After the product I was using was banned. I switched to this and it seems to be working effectively for ants, roaches, spiders, and more.

One (1) ounce of Gentrol mixed with with an ounce of Demand CS both sold on Amazon) and a gallon of water will kill every roach you have graveyard dead. Gentrol will kill German roaches. As I have said before, German roaches are like our German friends across the pond, they don’t stop, they don’t give up, they don’t quit. If you think you can fight German roaches like you do regular roaches you’re going to be surprised. These things will fight tooth and nail. You have got to be on top of these things and the formula above will kill them. For those of you who complained about the smell, personally, I don’t find it bad or offensive if you do keep in mind it is a DIY professional pest control. It’s poison, poison kills, it shouldn’t smell good. Do you want it to smell good or do you want it to work? If you want smell good, this isn’t for you, move along. For those of you who want it to work this treatment permeates the walls, they also walk through it, it sticks to their feet and legs then they take it to the nest to spread the love. It mess with their reproductive organs so any roaches you have now it kills, and eggs it retards and cripples their growth so they cannot survive. I own a couple of rental properties and I have seen some major roach infestations. Not anymore. Use this on an ongoing regular basis and your days of dealing with roaches are gone. Remember, one roach is an infestation. You just haven’t seen the thousands of others yet. Don’t be a dirty roach bird. Buy this and the Demand CS and live roach free.
