A complete kit. As an electrician this is an essential tool set that protects the electrician working on circuits from being accidentally exposed to live current. This LOTO set give you all the safety utilities needed to perform a safe lock-out tag-out. This reasonably priced well packaged kit provides everything except instructions for that reason I must give it only 4 stars.

This is a must have safety kit for any building where electrical repairs are being made. Using this kit's features protects the workman from injury or death. The parts are very simple to use and the well-made tags cannot be missed. This is a quality product.

There are no instructions and they are definitely not like the ones I used for breakers before. They are good quality, though, and the bag and organizers are a nice addition. I will have to install them before I can comment on installation. Not a bad set.

As a Residential Electrician the worst thing that can happen is for someone to come behind you and turn a breaker back on not knowing you're there. This will definitely prevent that. From business owners to commercial, industrial and residential electricians. This is the perfect lock out tag out set that everyone that works in the field should have access to. 5 stars for quality, variety and functionality. Great value for your money.

The kit is well priced for what you get- you get a wide variety of different lockout systems for various equipment. So far I have tried a few and they fit correctly. At first I thought these locks were plastic, but they just have a plastic shell with metal lock inside. Plastic is rock solid. One of the connectors did not fit on my circuit breaker. I think I am using the correct one for the size breaker I have, but it could be a "me problem."

Safety is first when dealing with different powered machinery, electrical supply, hydraulic, pneumatic etc.This LOTO kit is very complete and handy to use in many different situation as safety measure and good operational process practice to prevent injuries.Great value added!

All I was looking for in a lockout kit was for it to be highly visible, complete, and unmistakably tell people not to screw around unless they were the ones who put the lock on. This does that and works great.
