Got this for an electric scooter, so my daughter could hook her backpack or purse on whole scooting around town. Holds a very heavy backpack with no issues or slipping down. Easily adjustable. I love that it includes rubber to put around the bar itself to provide extra support and protect the paint if the scooter. Highly recommend!
