Only tacking a star off because I’d hoped for it to have a stable base but it’s basically just a bag attached to a stable round top so one of my critters didn’t LOVE it however my other cat wasn’t fazed by it. Sturdy enough for a 12lb cat. Was easy to install and fit our bikes perfectly. Will more than likely use it for drinks and storage on bike rides but definitely like it enough to continue using it in the future.

Easy to install. The basket itself is really nice and sturdy material. The lock the hold the basket is sturdy as well! Overall, very good product! I’m riding my bike to work on some days and need this basket to hold my belongings.

I liked this product because I not only wanted to carry my pet while I was riding, but saw that it was detachable and I could take it into a store and use it as a shopping container for a quick trip to the grocery store.The directions are VERY BASIC...I used the pictures to determine how the basket was supposed to fit on my handle bars of my bike. There are spacers that you can use if the device and your handlebars aren't perfectly fit for installation. They show NOTHING about what these spacers are or where to use them...I had to figure that on my own. The material on the basket is sturdy canvas. I put a heavy piece of cardboard cut to the size of the bottom of the container in the bottom so my pet had a sturdy place to stand. I also used a small towel so it would be comfortable for her.There is a "locking" mechanism that shows you can remove and re-attach the basket without taking the entire thing off....however, it's very stiff and I had to use a screwdriver to push the locking part back far enough to get it to slip on the handle bars and then it did snap into place. I probably won't be removing it because of that issue.That's the reason for the 3 stars.

This is a very sturdy basket for a small dog. It works well and Charlie has enjoyed his rides so far!! Can be used to hold items instead of animals as well!

This basket is well made. It installs easily and the option to remove and take with you, works very well. It also has pockets! Very pleased with this purchase.

I like taking my camera with me when I ride the rail trails but it's annoying having my camera bag hanging over my back. This is perfect for carrying my bag and not having it flapping off my back. Installation was fairly easy and I like the fact I can detach the basket when hauling my bike on the bike rack. I don't know if I'd try carrying anything heavy in it because the bottom seems kind of flimsy but for light loads this is perfect.

Very easy to install and use. I rarely use the detachable feature. It did end up bending very easily and is now warped. I'm still using it but it's definitely more of a parallelogram now rather than a rectangle.
