When the ZGCINE battery is on the gimbal with this attachment, it hits the pan axis and does not allow the gimbal to turn in that direction smoothly.

I got this to add a v-mount battery to my gimbal set up. It helps remove the weight from the camera and actual gimbal motors. Easy to install.
