Zep House & Siding Pressure Wash Concentrate removes dirt and stains from roof and siding caused by algae, mold, mildew and other sources. The concentrate is formulated for use in pressure washers and makes up to 20 gallons of cleaner. The product is suited for use on a range of materials, including hard coat stucco, brick, wood and vinyl or aluminum siding.

I had to reapply to get off some dirt on my siding that I could wipe off by hand. Other than that, it worked pretty well.

Product didn't help at all. I used it in the pressure washer soap dispenser and used a foam cannon but the siding looked the same before and after. I had to use mold armor to get the job done, which worked great

I bought this Zep siding cleaner to clean the vinyl siding on my home. The green mildew cleaned off easily with just a few strokes from my car washing brush. Pressure cleaner removed anything left on the East side of my home. The North side was next which had green mildew with a lot of black mold in places since this side of home does not get much light to counter mold growth. Zep did not phase removal of black mold. I had to go a buy another product that claimed as a 30 second cleaner. I did follow directions as to amount of Zep to water, this would not remove black mold. I did not try to add more Zep than directions suggested , but was disappointed that it would not remove black mold by itself, as directed.

I used this with a garden sprayer to wash down my house. We sprayed, let it sit and then rinsed it off. It was a level of clean I was honestly unprepared for. I had the scrubber ready and everything.I'd totally use this again.

I have tried other products made to wash house siding but none can compare to Zep. It cleans everything off siding and leaves it looking shiny and new again. Just follow directions and the results are amazing, even on the worst looking siding. I've used this product on different houses over many years and will not use any thing else.

Use about half to a gallon if mold is tough, spray on with hand pump wait about 10 minute and wash off with water hose even good on stain on carpet pluse safe to use
