Using the same rugged contruction as the legendary Ranger BC, the Ranger Jr utilizes our Personal Fit System to let you change out specific sections of the BC so it can grow right along with your child. The waist panel of the Ranger Jr can be adjusted out to add several inches of growth room in the waist area. The shoulder section of the BC can be replaced with larger sections when the child starts inching up past the "knee high to a grasshopper" stage. These features combined with the same quality in material and construction means that the Ranger Jr will last for many years saving you from having to buy a new BC after every growth spurt.

Great quality BCD. We bought it for our 11yo so it can grow with him. Used it on his first dive trip recently and were very pleased. Only thing is that I thought it had pockets, but it didn’t. But that is not critical for us, so not a big deal. Looking forward to years of use out of it!

I bought this BC for my 11 yr old son. He is small for his age and I could not find a BC that would fit him. All I could find was "extra small adult" BC's. Very frustrating to say the least. When I found this BC I knew it was the one. It is made for kids just like my son. It fits him perfect. Even around his shoulders where all the other BC's swallowed him, this one fit him perfectly. It will also give him room to grow for several years to come. The BC is very well made and made from high quality materials like you would find on higher priced BC's. The only down side was the time it took to get it. I ordered it in November 2013 hoping my boy could open it for christmas but I didnt get it until February 2014. Apparently they were back ordered because the factory was making a new batch so I had to wait quite some time for it. But Prime Scuba was a very good company and kept me up to date on the shipping. They were very sorry I had to wait so long and the owner even called me to keep me up to date as well. I would deffinately recommend this BC for anyones kids and I would recommend Prime Scuba as well due to the fact their customer service was awesome.

very nice jacket. My daughter is a petite 10 yr old just starting to dive and it fits her like a glove! you can add addl back plates that will take her until she's a teenager and then some. It's a perfect investment for the young diver
