The quality of this paddle is outstanding. However, the paper label on the flat surface was terribly difficult to remove, even with Goo Gone. What’s worse is that the paddle face is too wide to fit into the 80 quart Zatarands cooker lid, so I had to use the round end of the handle to remove the lid, which was too small to keep the lid from tipping. Makes me wonder if the designers ever use their products.
