I think one size would fit any normal head, if there's such a thing?! Light weight but the fabric is quality so it's good to go after several washings I imagine. I use mine at work under a welding helmet, so I hope so. I recommend them (I bought two of different design)

This is the lightest Zan helmet liner that I own. The others are like the one on the left with a liner. This is basically just a glorified hair net.

What's not to like? It's light weight, durable and has a great design. This is a perfect replacement for those heavy, wool beanies! I will definitely be purchasing more!
