This is a good quality product. The first one I purchased, I got at the Harley Davidson Dealership. It worked so well in so many ways, I needed another. It is comfortable because there aren’t seems on all sides. It doesn’t slip off, fits under my helmet. I use it as a net to protect my hair inter my full face helmet, as a mask to keep my face warm with my half helmet, and as a headband when we go in places. I’ve also used it as a scarf. I like the way it looks good and has a lot of uses.

It's definitely not worth it. It's just a piece of fabric and that's it.

You can't go wrong if you wear open faced motorcycle helmets with this "Motley Tube". I have a couple motorcycles and usually wear full face helmets or the occasional modular helmet, but when I ride the Harley, I only wear an open faced helmet. My biggest gripe when I transitioned to an open faced helmet was the tiny road debris that a car kicks up when you're stuck behind one and the occasional bug. I couldn't find any solution that was my style, until I purchased one of these "Motley Tubes". This is my second one as the other one has lost some of its ability to retract from so much use. I would say if you use only one tube, you'll wear it out in a year of riding or less if you're a daily rider. I like how you can breathe through it easily since it's made out of cotton and it's easy to slip over your nose, and visa-versa. I use it when riding highway speeds, too, with no issues. For the length of time it is usable, the price is perfect for me. No complaints here! The other tube I have is a black/white American flag - real nice style. On a side note, I live and ride in Georgia and this beats any other face cover for riding a motorcycle during our muggy summers.

Light weight but does a great job at keeping you warm. even on a 4-wheeler in 20 degree weather ! This thing doesn't look like it would keep you warm, but I have to order 2 more cause I made mistake of letting family borrow it ,now every one wants one. used as face mask on 4-wheeler in snow and kept wind and temperatures at bay amazingly well for weight of this thing ! works great as head tag and stayed on my head better than any of my dew rags ! I have a large head and most hats and rags {pop} off after awhile, {very annoying} , this seems to stay on longer than any i have tried. probably because of length and stretchy-ness. will buy again ! also I believe it will be somewhat cool in summer weather also.

Handy item. Purchased as a summer motorcycle neck gaiter and occasional face/nose protection. It is what it is, a seamless, soft, cloth tube. I laughed when I first opened the package, which no doubt costed more than the actual item! Another reviewer said it looked like a cut off yoga pant leg, lol. That's a fair but not totally accurate depiction, as a yoga pant leg has a seam, and this is seamless. I needed something to cover my neck for those sometimes brisk summer mornings, out of the shower and straight out on my commute. It fits the bill for this purpose. Light enough for summer riding, moisture wicking, protects my fresh-from-the-shower neck from the morning (and afternoon) wind. WOULD NOT recommend for Fall/Winter. But it could certainly be layered, or used for other purposes. Neat little thing that you can get creative with, or just leave in your motorcycle or bicycle gear bag for whatever you may need (trail fixes?)I gave it 3 stars because it's really a .25 cent piece of fabric, cleverly marketed in a $5.oo package.***Note to manufacturer; Lower the price to $5 shipped, and you'll likely triple your sales.Cheers!

It is thin but keeps the cold and wind away. While it is not wind proof, it provides enough protection to keep you warm.

While soft, this product does not fit well enough to achieve its purpose. It is thin. Very thin to the point that I hesitate to have tried it outside. I never even got that far though because it simply doesn't fit well enough to do the job despite the thin material. I have an average neck, so maybe if I were plus-size this would work, but once it's on there is a big gap between the material and my neck. Since it says I can wear it many ways, I tried the other ways, but once up over my nose, only half my head could be covered by the rest of the material (rather than covering all my head like it should). IF I pulled it all the way over my head, the material on my nose was too lose and would creep up into my eyes. After trying those two ways (the only ways I needed to wear it), I gave up and returned it.

This is a neat little lightweight "gator" or nek warmer that can also be pulled up as a head warmer. Being lightweight you can wear it in warm climes without feeling out of sync. Would have given it 5 stars were the material more cottony and less polyesterish. Is a good item (and a great gift) for cyclists and anyone wearing a helmet. Thin enough to fit under hats/helmets to keep ears warm. Would be good for kids too.
