i originally bought the straight sized socks, and the cuffs were so tight thay they squeezed my thighs painfully. i figured if i bought the plus size ones, they might be a good size for me then. but even these are too tight! and i'm not even plus size! if they don't fit me, there's no chance they'll fit someone who is actually plus size!

These socks were super cute and comfortable. The socks are not thick.The material was very well put together and they wash up very nice. The color were nice and bright and they do have a lot of stretch for somebody who has bigger calfs.

They are okay socks not great and I rcvd the red striped ones not the white stripes

These are super cute and soft! They're rather on the thin side, but not see-through. They actually do go above the knee. Will be ordering more!

I think my title pretty much sums it up. Though I can imagine that these would look great on females of any race as well. It really comes down to the body type and personal preference. For me, these socks paired with a petite Asian female earn a solid 5 stars. However, if these were paired with a >250lbs Caucasian, Africa American, or really any race of female in that weight class I would unfortunately have to rate it lower, perhaps as low as two stars. I mean I'd still give it two stars because the material and quality is good. But the visual in that case would not be acceptable and unfortunately in our society everything is very visually based. I say unfortunately while still fully admitting I suffer from this human problem - This is of course because of our evolutionary need to seek out the healthiest and thus more fertile reproduction partners - however, it doesn't mean I really like the fact that we (myself included) are driven by primitive hardwired needs and in fact are only one slight step above animals.... even that is slight step debatable. I mean, what's the frame of reference? Humans vs Cats? ok - we're more advanced. We may still be pretty primitive to what else is out there, who knows. Anyway, regarding our reproduction though... one thing is for sure, it works. I mean there are what, 8 billion people on this planet now? It's hard to argue with the population chart I've attached as an image to this review. I mean look at it! It both amazes and disgusts me at the same time. IF we actually end up getting off this planet, we may clog the entire galaxy in the next 4000-8000 years.. by volume, assuming we're able to maintain current breeding rates, which of course we will not. But anyway, back to the socks. If you want an example of a 5-star situation, simply google "petite girl long socks sexy" and I think you'll begin to understand my 5 star rating.
