Bought the Pilates bar with resistance attachments. It came on time, but after using it just once, it separated. I got a replacement, and the same thing happened. This time, it ricocheted and stung me, leaving me with swollen, green fingers that hurt to the touch. Do not recommend.

On a cold winter day I was bored and was wondering how….Nah I’m just kidding, I won’t be like Pinterest and give a life story before I show a recipe.It’s worth the money if you are just looking for a small gym feature, but mind you, you get what you pay for. I personally love it, I’m 5’0 180-190 lbs (post baby fat lol) so for me it works well just to do light work at home instead of the gym on days off or not able to go.It’s worth the price and quality is good.

The product over all is great. I got it on time, was easy to use, came with a workout poster that was easy to follow, small enough for storage.... just everything was great.Until I tried to use the 50 lb bands. On first rep, one of them snapped, damn near hitting me in the face with the bar. I haven't had any problems with the other ones. I mean... As I said, everything has been great.... But now I'm hesitant to use it. I'll continue to use what I have, it was just a real eye opener.

Great set up for resistance that I have come across and I did my research I even looked into yoga ball version don't recommend it the reviews all say it will roll out from underneath them lol I'm sorry I'm in no way thrilled to read that. what I like is that I can use my own body and 20,25,30 bands and I can double up on the resistance bands. I did the first 4 work outs 3x of 20 each I'm am actually sore in that I just got a satisfing work out feels I am 240 5'2" there is adjustable height what yup made for everyone! I only have one dislike haha the bag is not enough even with great organization so imma use my gym bag yes lady's my only complaint is over the bag it comes with the product it self is easy to assemble my toddler could do it! Lol so my advice is go for it I am simply impressed! #weightlossjourneybylalasweets

Sicuramente è una buona attrezzatura per allenamenti in camera, però si rischia di passare metà tempo a disposizione per preparare gli elastici perché diciamo che non sono molto pratici.La qualità è adeguata al prezzo, diciamo fascia medio-bassa. Li consiglio ai più ordinati e costanti, che non si abbattono ai primi intoppi, perché sicuramente ci saranno utilizzando questi sistemi di allenamento.

The only thing that could have made this even better ! Is having some extra pieces. And that being said for the price I paid for this kit. I'm very happy ! It came well packaged and that means a whole whole lot to me. Thank you for that. Also the price was right and so I had to get it. I had been searching for a few weeks for a palates set with a bar and having a door anchor and this one just popped up after I had given up. Amazon has been doing great in my mind ! I truly appreciate it. I think the resistance bands could be a bit harder to pull, but I only used it a little bit and it had me burning up in my upper arms. Lol. I loved it. The resistance is decent. It could be better. I'm not being ungrateful. I would have just thought 50lbs would have been a little more resistance than it has. And the other weight resistances. Functionality is on point ! And super easy to use. The paper was a bonus with variety of exercises to it. I appreciate that. It doesn't show that inside of the picture so it's a bonus. !! I don’t really care since I know it was a cheap band and equipment but I care about how long it lasted. And the fact it snapped on me mid use and deeply bruised my finger.

Producto bastante bueno viene con 3 pares de gomas de distinto peso, que son ideales para los que están empezando. Me gustó mucho porque viene con el enganche para puertas, bolsa, poster con ejercicios, barra y los enganches que sirven tanto para pies como manos..ligero de llevar y todo se desmonta fácilmente.
