He loves it its reliable. Just had a little problem putting together but once it was together works perfect. The folding mechanism could be a little better but for the price don't want to complain.

First of all, the bike had scratches (included some pictures) so it looked used. Second, when we shifted gears, the chain would fall out. Couldn't ride it so we took it to a bicycle repair shop where we were informed that the front derailer was the problem (also including a picture). It needs a new one, otherwise, it can't shift gears . Another problem with it was the cheap plastic mud guards (see picture) - they are very flimsy. They bend and touch the tires so we removed the back one so the tire won't hit.I am very disappointed with this purchase as this was the only bike that didn't charge $99 for shipping, but after this, I now know why. Also forgot to mention, it arrived a day later than promised due to not shipping on time.

Just received this bike, and assembled it today. So far it seems decent for the price. I had to adjust the front brakes, as the cable wasn't tightened. The front wheel seems wobbly, I'm still not sure if there is a way to adjust the wheel or not? Or it just might be bent? Yet to be determined??? The front shock absorber seems loud when it goes up, and down. But I also wanted to comment on another persons review about how her son bent the forks when he hit a curb. If you look closely at the picture, you will notice that the forks are turned the wrong direction. I only noticed that because when I assembled mine, I did the same thing at first. So be careful when assembling the front forks. Will comeback to give another update if needed.Update about the bent wheel. I contacted the company/seller, and they quickly resolved the issue to my desired satisfaction. Wish more sellers, and companies, had this level of customer service.

I'm not a big bike riding aficionado, but I know a good bike when I'm riding one. Starting with the assembly and instructions, it's an A for the ability to put the bike together and recognizing the parts and what to do with common sense, but the manual is a complete F. Pictures are underexposed, directions are lacking detail and with so many parts, screws, and tools, there's no labeling of anything both on the tools nor on the pictures pointing out the area requiring attention. It's the worst instruction manual I've ever read. The assembly process, minus the instruction manual, is actually quite easy. The construction of the bike is about a B at best and here are the areas that need attention. The seat and the brake/gear cable routing. The brake/gear cabling is odd and even when mounting the handlebars, there's one cable that will grind against the front wheel when turning the right. The seat needs to be better made. You really have to wrench that thing down almost to the point of breaking it or stripping the bolt/screw. And I still don't think that it's solid. The ride however, is an A. It's smooth, fun to ride down hills, excellent braking and it can fold up for easy transportation. This is at the cost of having to undo the handle bars, which sucks, but the option is there if you want it. Braking is smooth and catches well with the drilled "rotors". So I can definitely say that the overall look of this bike looks like something for speed, action, and adventure. Overall, this is a "maybe" at best. There are other options that provide the same or better performance, easier assembly, better customer care and just a joyful experience of ownership from start to finish. This is a mid bike. Not great. Not horrible. Just an option somewhere in the middle.

Complete waste of money. Made with horrible parts, WITH A COMPANY WHO CANNOT EVEN SEND THE BIKE WITH THR CORRECT PARTS…. AND TO TOP IT OFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please dont waste your hard earned money like I did, stick to a higher end brand and just buy the bike rake. The “foldable” part of this bike requires alot of disassembly when the assembly itself was very hard. Again, save your money and just buy a bike at a store.
