It keeps track of the score, innings, balls, strikes, and outs accurately, and it can beep when the score changes if you want it to. It's super easy to use with a remote control, and you can see it clearly from far away because of the bright LED lights. Plus, it's portable and light, so you can take it anywhere. However, it takes special batteries to operate the board itself (3 Li-Ion 18650). It comes with a c-cable charging brick and cord. The remote requires 2 AAA (again, not included). The instructions focus entirely on the remote and include scoring rules reflecting mercy rule limitations. The back is constructed of thin plastic. The front display is made is thin clear acrylic. I find no indication that the scoreboard is water-resistant, so be careful if the weather is questionable.

I like that this is easy to see, even during the daytime. The remote does everything, which is awesome, just don’t lose the remote, and make sure that you always have extra batteries on hand. I am not sure if this is waterproof, so I would suggest not letting it get rained on, perhaps setting it up under a tent or other covered area would be best. Also, the tripod is not included, I missed that part initially, so I figure it’s worth mentioning. You will also need to purchase the rechargeable batteries separately, they are 18650 batteries and not that expensive, but at this price I think they should be included. It is very portable and will be easy to take down and setup for games.

Overall, we are happy with this score board. We have it in our game room and use it for score keeping different things like ping pong and darts. The remote works well is a must have item. The score board itself is perfectly sized for us but might be a little small for a large venue. We have had no issues with it, and we would buy it again. 5 STARS

This electronic scoreboard has been a "gamechanger" for us! We have a field at home where all my son's friends hang out to play lots of wiffle ball. They have really done it up with lots of gear and accessories, but this scoreboard really adds the element of it being "official". They are in the young teenager age range and found no problem getting it set up and using it themselves. We have a heavy duty camera tripod that we use to hold it, but it also has a stand to set it on a flat surface (like if you have a portable table). They like having the remote control so that they don't have to run over to it to manually change it each time, and with the choice of power sources (plug into an extension cord, or use rechargeable batteries, etc.) it's very versatile. We can easily take it with us to other locations too since it's so portable. This has been a great addition to our gear!
