Perfect combination of action and holo flash on these baits. Pins minnow in black and silver works like magic on river smallmouth. My only complaint is the hooks. They dull quickly and do not resharpen as easily as non-stainless hooks.

If you’re after brown trout, this lure will catch them over and over and over. Not as good as my Floating Rap’s, but very good.

Nabbed about 8 Spanish Mackerels with this guy along with two or three ladyfish. They were caught out in the surf of Florida's Gulf coast using a 7 foot Ugly Stik GX2 fitted with a Penn Battle II 4000 (loaded with 10lb mono main line and 15lb leader). Casting distance wasn't too great since this is a very light lure, but it was more than enough for my needs!Hooks did their job and the finish took a beating, but it's still good for a few more fishing trips. I was kind of skeptical about it diving on retrieval, but it performed it's job flawlessly.

This is a great lure. Trolling on this lure in shallow water on my kayak was a real treat! didnt get hung up in 4ft of water and is very shinny. Ladyfish, redfish, spotted sea trout and jack cravel could not seem to resist this lure on a single trip.

This lure is extremely effective for catching spotted sea trout (and of course the ever-present lady fish) along grass flat edges when trolled behind my kayak. I find it too light to cast when wade fishing the flats. (A Rapala X Rap is more effective for casting on spinning gear, 2500/3000 series reel, 7' rod and 15 lb braid line.) But when trolled, I can control how much line I want to play out behind my kayak, so casting isn't an issue. I was concerned the hooks may not hold up to the pounding this lure takes with repeated fish strikes but so far they have held up well after many days on the water.
