It arrived when it said it would. Didn't have any problems putting it together and has worked great. Is sturdy and stable. Only wish the seat was a little more padded.

Works well, but the heart rate sensors don’t work. Not a big deal since we have watched that do it for us. The ease of movement is not very great, as it feels like the different levels are all the same, no added or less tension. It feels stuck at what should be a level 3, although we couldn’t see a difference on any level. Still a good workout, so it technically gets the job done. Noise level is louder than expected. Its size isn’t too big, so it’s easy to move around. But the value for money, it feels cheaper than the cost.

5 star for how it was packed. Parts and instructions good to find and follow. 3 hour assembly time for 2 80 year olds. Could not put straps on peddles. Slots not big enough for peddles.

This is a great bike! It is so quiet, sturdy, and the seat and back support are comfortable. There are wheels that are so well positioned that I (a senior granny) can easily move the bike when necessary. Other features are an easy to operate panel displaying vital info, a ledge for a cell phone or book, a sliding mechanism for seat adjustment, and removable elastic straps for arm/upper body work.ALL THIS AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!

Love the arms being down so that weights can be used for the arms at the same time. The resistant bands are perfect. The directions were easy to follow for the construction. The tension controller is much easier to use than our previous bike.

It took focus to figure out where each bolt went. Realistically it takes two 2-hour sessions to assemble and double check that it was correctly assembled and adjusted. Perfect for home, not bulky and heavy yet comfortable and smooth working.The one feature that could be improved is the design of the pedal straps for quick adjustment, particularly when used by a couple.

Purchased for my husband's stroke rehab. It seems solidly built and works well for him. We are both fairly handy with tools and it took a couple hours to assemble. The directions for the monitor aren't great and we are still figuring it out. He is mostly just interested in the time and just uses his phone for that. It is comfortable to use and the resistance is easy to adjust. I would give it 5 stars if not for the monitor and that may just be ignorance of the senior citizens using it.
