Es gibt ja so Dinge die man eigentlich nicht braucht, die aber trotzdem irgendwie ganz nett sind. Und genauso verhält es sich auch mit dieser kleinen eierlegenden Wollmilchsau für meinen Rasenmäherbulldog. Drehzahl, Betriebsstunden, Wartungsintervalle. Nur der integrierte MP3-Player und die Rundumleuchte fehlen noch, dann wäre es das perfekt Fliwatüt.Nein, Ernst beiseite. Dieses kleine Ding funktioniert grundsätzlich erst mal einwandfrei. Und das anschließen ist wirklich ein Kinderspiel. Somit habe ich jetzt an meinem Westentaschen-Johnny auch einen Betriebsstundenzähler (OK, kann ja durchaus sinnvoll sein) und einen Drehzahlmesser (auf dem Rasenmäherbulldog so sinnvoll wie ein Fundbüro für gestohlene Autos in Polen). Aber es schaut halt cool aus. Das ist ja das Wichtigste.Also es tut genau was es soll. Ist sauber verarbeitet und funktioniert. Also keinerlei Grund zur Beanstandung. Und auch kein Grund hier irgendwie einen Stern abzuziehen.

I've got other tach/hour meters that are pretty much identical to this one, so I know what I'm working with. I put the new battery that came with this one in another tach and that one lights right up, but this tach will not power up at all even with a good battery. I'm sure if this one would power up it would be just like my others and I'd be happy, BUT if it won't power up it's of no use to me.I will probably try another battery and fiddle around with this one before I give up entirely, but I'm doubtful it will magically start working. I probably just got a bad one. Other similar ones I've got work great, and the idea of a replaceable battery is a good idea.If this one worked the price would be fine for a nice tach with a few features. When it comes time to get another one I'll pass on this particular brand and go with another that I've had better history with.

This meter is a MUST to properly maintain a generator.Sure you think you will remember when an oil change is due - but with this attached you will know - which can save you money.I ordered a new generator and this at the same time as my last one like this is still working perfectly.I don't use the RPM function so can't report on that.I use this for tracking hours for maintenance and for that it is perfect and easy to use.

Ich habe den Drehzahlmesser an meinem Moped befestigt. Die Befestigung ist sehr improvisiert. Das Sensorkabel muss um das Zündkabel gewickelt werden und wird anschließend mit Kabelbinder fixiert. Hier hätte ich mir eine elegantere Lösung gewünscht. Weiterhin finde ich die angezeigten Drehzahlen nicht realistisch. Moped im Standgas bei 3000U/min und 8000 um Vollgas ist deutlich zu viel. Positiv ist, dass die Drehzahländerungen sehr genau sind, damit lässt sich das Standgas sehr einfach einstellen. Für meinen Zweck somit nützlich, allerdings gibt es noch Verbesserungspotential
