YITTY Headliner Shaping High Waist Legging

Definitely NOT my favorite set. I am 5'9 290. The bra in my opinion is not true to size, my boobs aren't huge but they still spill over. The material causes my leggins to slide, and the weird zigzag stitching is irritating to my skin! I hope this helps.

Okay here we go. 😁I read every single review (twice!) and scrutinized all the shared pics before deciding to buy.I bought the Medium first (bc thats my normal size) but then decided to order the XL also bc so many of you urged to size up 2 sizes.The XL arrived today, so I tried them on.The material is kinda slinky feeling and I love to touch it. The material is heavy and it feels like a good quality garment. The seams are all sewn perfectly. No missing stitches, no gaps, no holes, no "ladders" like this kind of material has done to me in the past.NO WEIRD SMELL.I am 5ft3, 157 pounds, shortwaisted and due to having lost almost 100 pounds, I have a bunch of loose abdominal and belly skin.When I put these on, they went straight on with ease. No fighting to get them up.My loose skin all smoothed nicely inside these. I thought there might be bulgy bumps from the extra skin but NOPE. OH, and, everything is held within the leggings comfortably, and prevents that annoying and embarrassing slapping noise that happens now when I wear looser bottoms.There is a nice inner waistband of "Yitty" in silicone (like those little anti skid dots on the soles of slippers). It is not at all itchy or uncomfortable and I am sensitive to all of those things bc I have Fibromyalgia.There was not one hint of the waistband rolling down on me.The pattern and colors are gorgeous and look exactly like they do in the sales pictures.I did the squat test and couldnt see anything indecent. No VPL when not squatting either - likely bc of the really neat inner "panty/girdle" in every pair.By the way, that innovative panty/girdle thing is awesome! Its soft and sleek and comfortable. No ride-up, no bunching or twisting within the garment. No wedgies, ladies!!These do not come with that annoying strip of elastic between the bumcheeks and I am thrilled about that.Ive only worn these as a try-on test so far. They are going to get washed on cold in a delicates bag and hung to air dry, and then Im going to wear them for a longer period. That said, they have been extremely comfortable.Im not sure what the size Medium is going to feel like on me. Hopefully just more compression and hopefully I can get them up without the fight described by other reviewers.All I can tell you right now is that I am so glad I bought these! Im thankful to all of you other reviewers who warned me to size up two sizes, too.I would not hesitate to buy this brand again and have my eye on the orangey "champagne" colored ones right now.Oh, almost forgot to mention. I have a 28" inseam and these fit me PERFECTLY in length. Most things are too long on my legs and I end up having the elephant leg look with it all bunched up either around my ankles or yoinked up in an attempt to disguise the extra material in my bikini line. I usually hafta order the 7/8 length leggings bc of it. I didnt have to do that with these though! They hit me at the perfect spot at my ankles.Oh, ALSO, several reviewers mentioned these are loose around the calves/ankles but I did not experience that at all. Mine fit me like leggings should.

Haven't tried them on yet but the material is awesome hope I can wear them.

As it is supposed to be shaping and go higher, it does not look right on larger sized women. It doesn't hold well and you have to wear a really long shirt with it. I guess it could be thicker. Maybe that would help. So if you're wearing one of the smaller sizes, this product might work for you. I just wouldn't recommend it for a larger sizes as it doesn't really hide well with short shirts at all

I wanted to love these YITTY Headliner shaping leggings but there are a couple of features I am not fond of. First for the good stuff…. The material has a nice metallic sheen. I chose the color Champagne Poppy which has a gold metallic running through it, so it leans a bit towards orange, a fun vivid color to add to my leggings wardrobe. The shapewear lining is really clever and effective shaping compression. However, the elastic waistband is killer to get on because these leggings seem to run small, although I generally take a size small in leggings. Once on, that waistband cuts into me and creates a little midriff roll, so I feel more comfortable wearing a loose workout tank over these. It does grip well, though, and doesn’t roll down. Although the waist is small, the legs run fine so I don’t know as sizing up would be a solution for me. For reference, I am petite and weigh 115 pounds. The other feature I don’t like is the zigzag stitching that attaches the shapewear panels and forms the seam lines on the outside. Those seams look oddly unfinished for a more pricey item like these leggings. I will wear these leggings to the gym, but I do not feel they command the price.

I love this body shaping leggings. I like the high shine fabric and the color. It does offer great shaping compression. The addition of the non roll, anti slip waist is on par. No issues in that area. The only issue I encountered and feel is worth mentioning is the no show claims. Unfortunately my underwear shows through horribly. I’ve included pictures with and without. In my opinion if you don’t want an underwear line showing through, I would strongly suggest perhaps a seamless underwear or non at all. Other than that the fabric is silky soft and feels great on my skin. I like the way it lifts and shape. I found it quite comfortable for all day wear. I went with my usual size in clothing and this fits as expected. Overall it’s good quality and a great purchase.
