Just got this in the mail, looks great-excited to use. Once i tossed the packaging i realized a U nut was defective. Too large to return (and tossed packaging). Just going to my local Lowes to pick up part….but that was my whole purpose of ordering on Amazon-so i didn't have to go to store, just no time-ugh!!

I have been using my basket for about 6 months. The basket is of good weight and the wheels are heavy duty. They roll very easily and can be maneuvered around the house with ease. Has a good capacity and fits under my washer/dryer openings perfectly (front load with drawer underneath). The issues are: the protective gasket around the top WILL leave marks on EVERYTHING it bumps or rubs against (walls, washer/dryer, doors, etc.) and the gasket does not meet around the top of the basket (too small -has a gap). The last and most important is: the bolts come up through the bottom (from the axel upward into the basket). Even though the bolts are covered with an enclosed nut and I have not had it snag any clothes YET - I really don't trust the set-up so I just set a laundry basket in it to use.

Out of the box the wire basket was rusted more than you might expect after years of use. See the photo I took. Completely covered in rust.I do not recommend this product.
