When picking this product it was important to match my current deck furniture. The grain wood style was perfect and it is sturdy like the rest of the items on my deck. Would have given a 5 star but when ordering I was unaware that it was a removable bladder insert not a fixed piece of plastic for the cooler portion.Last night it rained for the first time and water gets into the cooler part… disappointed because now I will have to clean out every time it rains.

I don't normally write reviews but buyer beware... this is not a cooler! There is no insulation, as it is just a flimsy plastic liner, that I can only imagine will get a tear sooner than later. The ice melts on a normal summer Michigan day, quite quickly (even with it in the shade). The lid doesn't seal, causing rain to get inside ... which is a hassle because the inside should be dry, so it doesn't get all nasty. If the cost was around $100 probably wouldn't complain that much, but at $200 I expect it to actually function like a cooler. I would have taken it apart and sent it back but beware of that also, you cannot take it apart! The way it clicks together, you can't undo it without damaging it. In a nutshell, looks nice but not worth the $$...

Using it for around the pool. Didn't use it yet , but put it together. Went together really well and very easy to put together. Has inside liner for ice to keep water from leaking out. Has a drain valve to drain water out. So it looks to me it will be a great buy

I like the size of this cart, the look of it, the storage and the ease of use. It rolls nicely too. But there's no way the little vinyl liner will keep anything cold for long. I'm looking for a cooler to fit inside it....so hard to call it a "cooler"

This patio cooler comes completely unassembled. The molded plastic pieces are marked; however, getting the pieces to click together was a nightmare. My husband and I tried for over an hour to get the basic frame of the tub (the first three pieces of step 1) to stay together before we gave up.We tried everything. There were too many pieces and parts. The tub's thin plastic lining would not hold up over time. For the price, spend a little more money on a unit where at least the tub is one unit. We returned it and purchased a metal cart with a cover for just $19 more.

my previous review i said parts were missing. i called customer service they said the missing parts are unavailable at this time and offered a full refund or a new unit shipped out at no charge no return necessary i had them send out another unit. Received it very fast everything is Great and i love the coolers.

Item is very easy to put together with very detailed instructions. Can be used as a cooler, or if you leave out the insulated insert, storage. As it relates to cooling/insulating, it works as is expected (have reasonable expectations - it is not advertised as a 10 day cooler etc.). Put some good ice packs (not cheap/dollar store ice packs) on the bottom, then your drinks, then ice on top/around, and it lasted for several hours (after approximately 8 hours in 95 degree F heat there was still ice and the water from melted ice was still cold ). Keep in mind, cooling/chilling factor is also influenced by number of drinks, open space, opening and closing, etc (I Was thinking if I pre chill next time with 2 ice packs before filling I may get even more time out of it).

Easy to put together and not as heavy as I expected. Got lots of compliments from my guests. Much more stylish than your regular cooler.
