These look nice, and they are super easy to cut and place. I was able to cut them with scissors. I would recommend staggering them and not putting them in a straight grid. These stuck really well onto the painted drywall that was there. The adhesive sticker is quite strong, so you have to be exact when placing them. I think they have a quality look and a nice shine to them.

This is a very substantial vinyl tile compared to other peel-and-stick products, but despite the way it looks on screen, even though they claim it has a stamped texture modeled after real stone, the surface actually just looks like textured vinyl. It's not going to fool anyone. The metal-looking strips do look very real, however.The interlocking fit is very good. You'll need a very sharp blade and scissors to cut through these tiles. The cut edge doesn't look that great, so be very careful and make a sharp straight cut to minimize the reveal. This would look better if you were using it between walls or wrap-around kitchen where the cut ends would terminate at inside corners or against door trim to hide the cut edge.Also, as others have noted, these are not 12"x12" tiles, unlike shown in their video. I got 6"x12" tiles, which is what you'll get, too. So 20 sheets = 10 sq ft.Given the thickness, I have no doubt they are much more durable, but sadly, I don't know if I can convince myself these actually look good.

I Just added a mop sink in the utility room and needed a small amount of backsplash tile to protect the wall behind and on one side.It's not a highly visible area, so I wasn't too worried about the look of the tiles, so when I came across these, I figured they would work fine.I received the tiles and they actually look better than expected, so I was happy about that.They are easy to cut and since each tile is an individual piece, you can even adjust the placement of them to make them even easier to cut by cutting on the separation lines if you can.The adhesive is very strong, so make sure you place them properly because you don't get a second chance.They are durable and not thin and flimsy like a few other peel and stick tiles I have tried in the past.They're also easy to wipe and clean.*** One thing that needs to be cleared up is the size of each tile and the quantity.The 20 pack is 20 tiles, but they are 6" x 12" not 12" x 12" as stated in the description.The 20 pack will cover 10 sq. ft. not 20.It takes 2 tiles to make a 12" x 12" or one sq. ft. (see pictures).Other than that, I am happy with the tiles and would definitely use them again for a similar project for the ease and quickness of the installation and the overall look of them.They were also shipped and received fast.
