I would have preferred a blank screen piece to the coffee inlay, but the overall effect is rather nice. Perhaps, though, they might offer a versions that's blank and maybe has that part as an optional attachable piece. The mounting is via rails with holes to position over screws to mount it to a wall. That requires significant precision of placement of those mounting screws, which is nigh unto impossible if you use the drywall mounts included in the kit. So... don't: Even a few mm thick piece of decent plywood makes a fine furring strip for mounting something like this, and can come with a nice looking laminate side, if you desire. Just make sure to make it long enough to hit at least two studs. This can end up looking neat and tidy and can be paired with a couple of those small adhesive bumpers like you might use for a drawer or cabinet door to make the depth. This makes your life quite a bit easier, though it's still a trick getting things mounted JUST so. Note that this is basically 16" wide, so it can fit completely between two studs. The worst thing about it is that one of the sets of predrillled hook holes were a bit out of alignment, making one of the hooks a little bit crooked. Second worst was the anchor that suddenly spun in the hole and took the screw into the wall... I generally prefer using furring strips but I figured I'd do this according to instructions for rating it most fairly.Once mounted, it accepts weight without large complaint. I actually never tried cups on the hooks, but it works great for tools and things. It's stable and not rickety. It's a hassle to mount but it stays put once successful.

I really love the product I ordered just annoying having to build yourself but it was pretty quick so that's okay. My only complaint is that the drywall screws sent didn't work at all I had to use some from a previous piece I ordered. Other than that I like it! Also heads up mugs that have a large handle like a thick one will not fit on the hooks given. I have one mug I love from the beach that just won't fit on the hooks given safely.

The assembly was easy enough. I put it together in about a half hour and it looks nice. I worry about the quality of the wood and metal hooks being sturdy enough to hold 12 mugs though. Pretty cheap materials

Exactly what I needed. Not too big, Not too small. Be prepared to put the unit together; It's not complicated, though. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. Solid. Not too heavy.

I really like how this looks. It looks nice hanging above my coffee station. It was easy to assemble. The hooks are a little close together for large mugs, but if you put similar sizes on the same row it works out. The shelf is big enough for my sugar and artificial sweetener bowls, with a large container of powdered creamer.I would definitely recommend this to others.
