非常に悪い販売者です。最初の発送で中国輸出時に何らかの不備がありパッケージは戻され、再送となりました。結果注文から約一ヶ月かかってしまいました。それだけならともかく届いたパッケージのダンボールは傷だらけで二箇所に亀裂が。さらに同梱品のいくつかが不足の上に取説もありません。決定的なのは単4電池二本を入れるBOXが未完成なのか欠落か、片方の極性板がなくそのままではまったく電源が入らない状態でした。販売されている製品は魅力的なものですが購入は大きなリスクを覚悟する必要があります！

i got white one which is semi hollow type it looks fine when looking from distance, but taking closer look i found every single cutten surface is very rough and that makes the paints dry messyit's top is made of plywood of course this is cheap item so i understand it can't be solid top but at least it could be finly sandedneck and fingerboard looks fine but actually the paint of neck is spatted around the side of fingerboard and some part of the neck the fingerboard is slightly misaligned and i can feel the edge of it when i grab the neckso this part will also need fine sandingand seems that my cello was in storage for long time, strings are rusty and 3rd string is snapped while tuningand there are so many cracks around the joint of neck and bodyi have no idea that this is just a crack of finish or deep crack of wood but it is a prove that the joint is weak or it has been stored in bad condition for long time maybe bothand the string is too high and makes terrible intonation so cutting the bridge lower and make the pickup go deeper in to the body will be the solution i can do right nowthis can't be even a beginner's instrument it will train bad habit to beginnersi'm a beginner for playing cello and this is my first cello, but i was a guitar player for long time and i know how to check the instrument is well built or it is just a piece of woodand my opinion about this cello i got, it is not an instrument, it is just a toy.but if you are in low budget and want to make your instrument gettin better in your hand, i can recommend this cello, if you are interested in crafting instrument, you can turn this toy into an instrument.and only one strength of this cello is design, i haven't seen semi hollow electric cello in amazon or any shopping mall in my contry, this is the only cello i found for this design and colorso if you just want to enjoy, just buy this and forget about your 360$, but if you want to learn cello hard, never buy this

Cello came well packaged with no damage. It did not come with rosin, so I had to order some. (Use lots on bow or no sound will come out)Plus: light weight and slim. My 10 year old could easily handle. Strings and bow were included and are holding up well. Carrying case was included as well. Sound is ok FOR A BEGINNER. Cords for an amp included and work well. Headset was ok but not a good quality. All in all it was a decent sounding cello package with only 1 huge flaw. It BROKE. the head of the cello where the tunning pegs connect to the neck bar is very weak. The tension from tunning the cello over a period of 2 weeks snapped the head right off. It could not take the pressure of the strings. Luckily for us it snapped in a place that was easily fixed with glue and screws for added strength and support and it was back to new. ( I have to note.. tuning was done professionally by sons music teacher.. )I gave it 3 stars just because it broke.. I would have given it 4 if it hadn't.Would I recommend it? Yes its lovely for a beginner, and the cost was good for a cello. I even caught my husband playing with it. It does need an amp to go with it but we already had one, so that needs to be noted.
