Poor packaging, one of the crucibles arrived cracked, the tongs are of better quality than I expected.

The only problem is that I didn't properly glaze it before melting copper in it. It worked well, once. Learn from my mistake, be sure to look up how to properly glaze these dishes so metal doesn't stick to them.

They arrived poorly packaged with absolutely zero protection in a brown paper bag. Evidently the package was "inspected" as the sticker says on the bag, but clearly not very well. The medium sized crucible arrived broken. And the tongs do not fit on the large crucible. Will definitely be returning.

They're "standard" crucibles but they work just fine.

1. Very short even with gloves on the heat will be unbearable when trying to use these2. Cheaply made I have clothes hanger wire that's thicker than this these will bend over a couple uses just trying to pick up the cold crucible let alone one that's over 1600 deg oh and it only works with smallest of those

Just recieved these, I have not used them yet! So far I LOVE the tongs. I'm about to go melt some silver in my forge to cast so assuming all goes well, this post will remain the same and you can assume it is a great product. If not, the review will have been updated within an hour of this posting.

Not the most rigid, but it’s good quality and well good enough for my needs that I purchased it for definitely not a high-volume or high mass smelter but like I said, it’s exactly perfect for what I needed it for and it works great
