I bought this set intending to use it with a 50 watt bulb. The item description said it could handle up to 60 watts. Perhaps a 60 watt *equivalent LED* but NOT an incandescent type bulb. The plastic surrounding the screw base of the bulb melts from the heat within minutes. It is poorly assembled from an electrical standpoint with no strain relief and the wires soldered onto the tops of screws instead of properly held in place under the screws. The screws inside the socket were barely finger tight. The gauge of wire used was too small also. I would not recommend this product to anyone based on what I discovered with the ones I purchased.

Cheaply made and damaged due to careless packing. When they packed the two outlets into the box they didn't ensure that the plug end of the cable was not being crushed. One of the prongs was bent to an extreme angle. I wouldn't have felt safe trying to bend it back into place due to how cheap the materials are. The wires are exposed on the back which is extremely dangerous. There was not even a notch cut out for the cable to run through the side of the housing. I guess they expect you to do that yourself.

So far, I have no complaints about this product. It works very well. The only thing I wish it was was a little longer. I didn't see an option for a 16 foot cord for a 10 or 11, which I wish it would have so I didn't have to run an extinction cord, but it was easy to install. It doesn't weigh anything. That's good value for your money.You get two of them.

Pretty delicate as far as the wire to supply connection. Be sure not to pull the cord too tight.

This was a very easy install. The screws it came with stripped pretty easily so I ended up using my own but the unit itself worked perfectly. It's very lightweight.
