This passes the main test - it will close with either my half or three quarters helmets inside. Might not close on a full face helmet. Mounts solidly. Comes off easily when needed. Good choice if you aren’t ready to spend hundreds on a gigantic aluminum box. The base was easy to match when cutting out mounting holes in a standard pet carrier so I could easily transport my pooch to the vet. I remove this box and attach the carrier to the base plate.

This top case is an excellent value. It’s about half the cost of the more popular brands and comes with all the hardware and the mounting bracket. It was also very easy to install. And looks as good as the pricey ones.

I was looking for a case to replace my fabric bag. This case looks like it will do that. It's sturdy and was easy to install on my 2021 Yamaha Tracer 9GT with an aftermarket rack. I did have to drill two holes in the rack for 2 bolts, but that was easy. Now I will feel better knowing by stuff is safer in the locked case. I'm very happy with the case and believe it will be very beneficial on road trips. WARNING! Make sure the rack on the bike is attached well. The rack on my bike ripped off and the case and rack went down the highway. Fortunately, the case is well made and there was no damage to the case and everything inside was safe. I am so fortunate that the case held up. Now I need to strengthen the attachement of the bike rack.

I got this Top Box for my 2022 Honda Super Cub. I had added a rear rack, and this black box is to give me much needed storage on this tiny bike. I've had it now for a couple of months. The quality is OK, not great. I didn't love it at first, but since it was so inexpensive and it is so practical, I'm giving it a decent review. Installation was simple but the rails they provided were not an ideal size. I made it work. The plastic and feel is a little dull and cheap looking, especially when compared to the fit and finish of the Honda, but now that it's installed, I think it looks fine. It carries everything I needed it for and I didn't have to spend a lot to get it. I don't use the quick release feature but it seems to work fine if you want to pop it off easily with a big plastic button.I do wish the latch mechanism didn't need to be locked to remove the key, since I don't always want or need to lock it, but it's not a show stopper. Overall, it's pretty decent.

I just mounted this directly to my 2019 Honda PCX 150. I used only the included backet but did not need the included hardware. I went to a hardware store to purchase 4 each (metric) M8 x 1.25 - 80 button head bolts (.90¢ each). These are a wider screw driver type head and threaded the whole length so I did not use any washers. If you choose to use washers make sure you have enough space for them to fit. I also bought 4 each 5/16 inch inside diameter spacers about 3/4 inch in length ($2.90 each). Total was around $16.50 with tax; way less than that over priced, slow boat from China rack I'm still waiting on. I used a small round file to allow a little extra space for the two rear bolts to install straight up and down otherwise you'll misalign or strip your threads. Make sure you run the screws down each mounting point first to make sure the threads are clean before you mount the bracket. I'd suggest starting with the back bolts first, leave them loose so you can still install the front ones. Put all the spacers in place; then the rack, then install the screws. It was that easy but there was a very, very slight angle when the rack makes contact with the spacers. I just tightened everything down and that was it. I did get a little rub with the back of my seat and the top rack when I opened it. I just went slow and it was fine but I might have to watch that spot. If that's an issue for anyone you could just remove the top case, then load the under seat and replace the top case. The other choice is to pay more for an OEM or similar rack then install everything. I'll forgo that option thank you.The case is made of sturdy plastic and will fit my Bilt modular bluetooth helmet while laying it down or standing up. There is a small flex on the left & right seams when you close it in either position but no one can seen inside the case so I'm good with that. I sat on the back seat and could not feel the rear hinges on the top case at all. It felt comfortable and solid when I leaned against it. I feel that I would purchase this again.I haven't taken it for a test drive yet but will be sure to update the review when I do.

Pros:It’s cheap, it gets the job done, it keeps rain out, and it doesn’t look half bad. The size is pretty formidable and it holds quite a bit of stuff.Cons:No mounting instructions, screws are cheap and strip fairly easy. Locking mechanism is a joke, and can easily be broken into, but it does hold it shut. Plastic is durable but it feels ver VERY cheap. Keys feel cheap too.Overall:I bought it for a moped and it works great. I keep cleats and a spare change of clothes in it. I wouldn’t keep anything valuable in it, but for what I use it for it gets the job done. Mounting it was a nightmare. A 10 min job took over an hour because I couldn’t get it mounted well enough to fit. You get what you pay for here. It works as a good waterproof storage box, but I wouldn’t leave my wallet or phone in it

This carrier is easy to install and surprisingly spacious. It attached to my bike's rear rack with almost no fuss; I only had to shorten the included bolts by about 1/2". It locks securely and is rock solid with no movement or loosening after an approx. 40 mile ride. Compared with the high cost of other motorcycle cargo boxes, this is a steal for the price. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, only because the plastic it's made of doesn't feel exactly bulletproof. It's not flimsy, per se, but I can tell it wouldn't stay intact if I were to drop the bike on it. Over all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
