This is a generic version of the Bala Ring which is more expensive and no better. I have a lot of equipment but stream fitness classes where they use these and I have been using a kettlebell instead but form does effect function and there is something to this round shape. 10 pounds seems just about right although if they had a 15 pound version I would bus that also.

I should’ve gotten one sooner, I love this for so many exercises. The design makes it easy to hold and super versatile. I use this for arms, back, shoulders, and core training. It’s easier to hold than a plate, dumbbell, or kettlebell and can be used in almost every instance in place of those items. Plus the pink color is gorgeous, and makes home work outs a little more fun. Might repurchase for additional weight in the future, for now the 10 lbs is fine for days when I don’t want to go to the gym and lift heavy.

Very true to picture, colour is pretty and nice gripping texture. Size is what I expected too, although I think slightly smaller would be easier for woman.

This weighted power ring is great for exercises where you’re lifting over your head such as halos. No fear of hitting my head with a dumbbell. The weight is distributed, so it’s not awkward using it for certain exercises. The coating is a powder finish, so it is comfortable to hold.

It’s a no brainer if you want to add something like this to your workout equipment. I will kind of swing it back and from one hand to the other and do biceps at the same time. Its well made and sturdy.

I use it like a two-handed kettlebell and the ring shape has inspired me to lift in all kinds of ways I haven’t before. It’s really fun to just idly play with. The coating is nice and it arrived undamaged. I hope they make a 12 or 15 lb version.
