Purchased this and the associated hoses and fittings to recharge the air conditioner after changing the condenser on my 2001 Acura MDX. The valves worked great, and I was impressed with their quality. I also ordered the protective boots, which fit well. The one hiccup was my error related to pulling a good vacuum. Most articles say you should get close to 29.9 mm of Hg. I was only getting to 24, which I initially thought was either a vacuum pump problem or a bad seal. I live at 6000 feet, so the best you can pull is 24 mm of Hg, so everything worked great, just don't forget about altitude.
