The headset looks great and does everything I need connecting to my PC and mobile at the same time. I love the fact that the built in speaker phone sounds great and can allow me to listen to calls quite clearly. The built in mic on the speakerphone is adequate, but not nearly as clear as the headset.I have had two more significant issues and one minor nuisance.First, the minor nuisance is that my iPhone automatically connects the Yealink all the time. If I am on the couch and watch a video, the audio connects to the Yealink. It's annoying, but I have learned to turn off Bluetooth at the end of the work day to prevent this.Next, the first significant issue is that the headset sometimes does not "seat" well with the charging base. Repeatedly, I would show up to work in the morning and the headset was dead since I did not realize the headset didn't make significant contact with the charging cradle. (My prior Plantronics headset never had this problem after maybe 10 years). Naturally, one day past the return window I decided to do something about this. Yealink support was great and replaced the unit indicating it was defective. The new one has suffered from the same issue, but admittedly not nearly as often.Finally, the most bizarre issue is that this thing frequently causes Teams to crash and be non-responsive. It is incredibly strange. For weeks, I had a problem with Teams. Who hasn't?!?!? For whatever reason, one time I disconnected the headset from my PC and Teams immediately responded. Now, when Teams does not respond, I pull the USB cable from the headset, wait a minute, then reconnect it and Teams works again. Often this happens at the end of a call, preventing me from typing in Teams or joining a new call. It happens so often that it is not coincidental. I have raised this issue w/ Yealink and they have not mentioned they have seen this before.It could be just me, but it's so frustrating that this otherwise perfect headset has these two issues that prevent me from recommending it to others.

Works awesome with Teams. The voice isolation is better than AirPods. Now in my company we use RingCentral and it doesn't pair with it but as long as u have it paired to the computer u can use it. U just need to make sure u don't have a phone connected when answering a call from the app. As for teams, it changes automatically from teams to ur phone with no issues. So far the best one I've gotten.The battery life lasts a lot and has so many ear pieces to change from depending comfortability.
