First, I love this item and have two of them. One of them is aggressively tie-died and looks great. They are comfortable but not so much in hot weather. When it is hot you will sweat and it gets clingy and then you feel hotter and uncomfortable. However when it is warm or cool this garment is perfection.I don't mind that my teenage daughters hate this garment. I mean, I'm a dad I am meant to be an embarrassment...

The fabric is just a little bit course.The neck has a pretty deep opening and no buttons or closures anywhere along it so eventually it kind of wants to flap a little bit.I am very tall, and this comes down to the back of my knees, which is nice.The fabric has zero stretch, which is expected, but it also runs just a little bit smaller whereas some of the other brands of extra long shirts or lightweight robes sometimes run just a little bit large. So if you have a belly like me, you might find it a little snug.Because it is linen and cotton it might shrink just a little bit in the dryer, and you may want to be careful and use low heat and let the last bit of it dry by hanging on a line.The rust colored version looks very nice and the three-quarter sleeves do not bind.it has a front pocket similar to how hoodies do and it is flat across the front, but has corner catches so if you lean your phone or whatever won't fall out of the pocket. It's not really designed for a full array of pocket stuff, more like just a phone or maybe a very thin wallet.It would be nice if it were designed a teeny bit larger for Post – drying size, and if it were made out of something with 4% spandex, or Lyra fiber, and if there were an extra pocket or two with a Velcro flap or a zipper closure for a slash pocket.construction is good. It is well tailored for what it is. It is not fancy in anyway, but the stitching is even. It is single stitched, so expect at some point you might have to repair anywhere that a string comes loose.It is cost-effective compared to many other things of this size, and that is also appreciated.

These do tend to run a bit large. I'm 5'5" and weight 137, but although I'm more on the smaller size.. I have several hernias (along with Multiple Sclerosis) & these work perfectly in covering my hernias, and give me plenty of room. I bought 7 in 4 different styles and plan to do some needlepoint on at least one dress. I like the quality and in this particular name brand, I'd say they are very well made. I will be grabbing about 3 more just to be able do my needlepoint on them. Oh!, and 65% cotton/ 35% linen..Impressed! Thanks for fast delivery too!!

I bought this to wear after surgery, I need something that goes on over the top insead of pulling up over my legs (hip replacement). The fabric feels nice and the colors are excellent. I tend to get 2X so that my shorts and tee shirts are loose, baggy. I ordered this garment in a 3X. It fits okay but I would like a little more "bag" in it. But I have an odd body and I am overweight. The 3X is tight in the chest, middle back, and a bit in the shoulders. So if you are a big guy or have a square build, check the size chart.
