Note: Make sure to back out Screw B slightly. This will allow the screw holes to line up properly so that assembly of the frame pieces can proceed. I use this to dry my bath towels and works great to air dry your bath towels. The only problem is that you can hang dry one bath towel and two smaller face towels.

We put this in our master bath. I was worried about assembly bc of the other reviews - but it wasn't that complicated if you follow the included instructions.My issue with it is that it just doesn't feel that stable bc its not attached to the wall in any way. So if you use it as a towel rack - when you take a hanging towel off of it, you have to do it super carefully or else the whole thing lifts off the wall. I will have to figure out how to attach the top of it to the wall somehow since I have small kids. Maybe with some L-brackets or something.For the price, I'm a bit surprised it didn't come with a way to secure it to the wall.

I bought this to hang my clothes on in the bedroom. It looks nice with the black finish and wood details. However the simple assembly became a chore when one of the screw-holes did not align properly. In the end I had to give up and use black tape for the final assembly on one of the legs, it was not possible to screw it properly. This is a shame since other things I have bought from Yamazaki have had a nice fit and a great look. It still looks fairly good as it stands, but it's not as sturdy as it should be and it doesn't really stand up to a closer look...

Huge quality control issues. I ordered the white one, and pick t it together. but on the very last step where you connect the top and bottom the screw holes did not line up for one side, the other side lined up perfectly.So I thought ok maybe the just miss drilled that 1 hole, I'll just get a replacement. Well the second time I ordered black and before I went through putting it all together I just checked that joint and sure enough they didn't line up on either side this time!!Very let down, this seemed like exactly what we were looking for if only assembly was possible.I attached some pics of the joints where the holes are unaligned and showes what it would look like If I attempted to screw the bolt in as it was.

Hübsch, stylisch und sehr praktisch. Habe mir nicht vorstellen können, dass das Regal nur durch an die Wand lehnen stabil ist. Aber ich bin sehr überrascht, das steht tatsächlich stabil und sicher. Sieht grazil aus und nicht so zugeräumt. Für kleine Schlafzimmer echt zu empfehlen.

Once together, it's a fine and reasonably sturdy ladder, but the process was needlessly difficult as the screw holes didn't line up. I got out the drill to widen them and make it work, but I would have liked to avoid the hassle.

I wanted this to be great but the QA at the factory was terrible. The machining for the screw holes was off so I could not assemble the ladder. I’ve built many products, some from scratch, some mail order like this, and this was not something that could be salvaged with my workshop. The hole for the final screw to connect the top half and bottom half of the ladder together was off by about 1/4 of an inch which is more than I could possibly compensate for. Up until then, I was pleased w the product but this is the second product I have tried from Yamasaki. The other is a small white table with three legs. That too had poorly aligned threads so the legs were slightly crooked looking ruining the intended aesthetic and quality. I think I have to pass on Yamasaki from now on, the QA is too low quality and I can’t get what I’ve paid for.

The screw does not fit into the hole. It had to be angled and forced into the hole. I suspect it is a manufacture defect.

belle échelle,sauf inconvénient,j'ai dû demander un échange car il manquait un barre noire et dans le nouveau colis aussi,alors pour avoir mon échelle compléte,il a fallu garder une barre dans le colis 2 dont il manquait aussi une barre.....sinon très pratique malgrè ce soucis
