I have some Kelamy masks that use this same material, so when the flimsy elastic on my son’s Graf Lanz masks were coming apart, I used this instead. Now his masks will likely last until the newest and greatest disease.

I use these elastic for making face masks.Since my other seller stopped selling elastic, Yakruna is my first choice.It has the right amount of width and plushness to it. Feels high quality, as well. Just what I have been looking for!

I’m not too happy about this stuff because it’s actually 3/8”, not 1/4” as stated, but it’ll do. I prefer to order my mask elastic on a spool instead of precut bc they’re always too short and this is the only black I can find right now. It’s thin and only moderately stretchy but will work, I just prefer the plush 1/4” elastic I had before from a previous listing.

The 100 yards of white elastic is wrapped well around a rectangular cardboard and comes in a sealed ziplock bag. I did not unwind it to measure 100 yards. I'm just trusting that this bundle I've received has 100 yards or close to 100 yards at least. The elastic is nice and soft for mask purposes. It's quite stretchy and I can thread it through silicone cord locks. I've already machine washed and machine dried masks with this elastic a couple of times and it's held up well. I have to wait and see if it will continue to hold up after repeated washing and drying. So far so good.

This black elastic is 1/4 inch wide but it’s thinner fabric than the white one. It’s also more slippery so it doesn’t hold a knot as easily as the white elastic. It’s soft for using to make masks
