Not too much of a challenge to put together. Is well made and a fair value. Think our conure will like it for when we are on the road, especially with the pop open top. This would be a bit small for an everyday cage, but for a bird that isn't locked up or for a smaller cage for traveling its perfect.

A cute and fun cage for my parakeet! I think it's the perfect size for my parakeet and came in amazing condition. The siding was bent a little but it was easy to fix.

I wanted a little night night cage for my cockatiel. I bring him out at night to sit in it as we watch TV late at night and then he goes to bed in it. He was in a big flight cage and it was pretty big to haul back and forth to our rooms, this was perfect and it fit his night night hut.I LOVED that it came with a toy rope. I've NEVER seen a cage come with a toy. As you can see in the pic it was a little big, so I put it in his bird room, but just loved that it was a little extra. And always like the cages that open up with a perch on top.Only thing I was a little skeptical of was the width of the bars. It's a little further apart, my conure would've been fine, and the cockatiel seems fine now that I've monitored him, but it made me nervous at first that he could possibly get his head stuck in the bars as he has a tiny head.But love the cage, love the price...will probably be getting another for my new cockatiel once she's out of quarantine.

This was purchased for family for their 2 cockatiels. The birds have enough room for them and all of their treats and toys. It has held up well so far and looks nice. Overall this cage was cheaper than buying in a pet store.

So most all portable travel kennels are horizontal or just a short box or back pack. Most all cages that parrots live in are vertical and tall. They like to be higher up, not squatting or low. So I found this and thought I'd try 1 more time to find the perfect travel house for Murphy. It folds up and I can easily fit in a shopping bag. Just put it in the car and go. The feed cups have covers! First that's great so she doesn't fling water everywhere and also so seeds don't go flying when she is searching for her favorites. I have to say I was worried she'd be afraid if it. She gets timid and shy to new things. However, I hadn't even gotten this set up good and my Murphy flew right over to it. Running all over and exploring. It comes with 3 pearches and a rope with a bell. She loves to ring her bells. I will only leave the rope in while I am around. For the cost, I was afraid it would be flimsy. However, this is very sturdy and the bars are close together, which is perfect for her size parrot. And for a smaller cage, it still has the drawer at the base for cleaning. This was a rare find! I recommend this 100% when you take your fids traveling, on vacations or just outside to enjoy the sun!
