update: it was the router. switched to netgear nighthawk via 12v and am doubling speeds from before. 5 stars.installed still waiting for an hour it to power starlink. all connections correct. powered using jackery 3000 pro. doesn’t even allow connection through the app. will update if it does finally connect. so far big disappointment.
