These are top quality, expensive high performance engine filters. I am not happy about the condition of this items packaging and state. Having them shipped in a paper envelope always seems ro result in the original box getting destroyed and the filter bouncing around in the envelope. Anything else inside that envelope could get into the filter at this point and quite possibly, eventually the engine. You need to do better with this Amazon. At least wrap the original package in plastic or just put it in a proper shipping box.

Always use WIX fillters but won't get them through Amazon going forward. It was shipped in a soft paper bag and the filter didn't stay in its box. Not a good way to keep contaminants out of the filter.

You’d figure a vital engine component for your vehicle will be taken care of when handled… that why you wanted a Wix/Mann filter and are willing to pay a premium for them, but when the company processing the order ships this… it’s not touching my engine. Shipping package was fine. This was terrible handling by Amazon fulfillment.

I use this filter on my 6.4 Hemi. Larger capacity with slight increase on the by-pass from 12 to 16. Does require slightly more oil than the 7 recommended quarts when changing, as the filter is larger.

These filters are the best on the market. They do a great job on extended oils changes. 5-7000 miles.

Purchased for a 2015 Grand Cherokee with the 5.7L HEMI. This filter is larger diameter than the regular filter. At first concerned too large to clear oil pan, drain shield, etc. No issues - spun right on. This filter combined with the full synthetic 5W-20 oil dropped oil pressues by about 10% The increased size and WIX quality makes a difference!
