Ordered this to capture some of my amps and presets from my UAD OX box with my Neural DSP Nanocortex. It works great for this purpose. I’ll also keep it in my gig bag to sum stereo to mono if I need to. Cable seems well made. Nice woven braiding and decent quality plugs at this price point.

There are a few reasons why it’s nice to have one of these cables, and the biggest one is simplicity. In an effort to reduce the amount of equipment that goes into my DJing and Karaoke setup, I invested in the EV Evolve 50 and 50m. The 50m has its own dedicated audio mixer, while the 50 has a simplified set of inputs. I use 2 different sets of wireless mics with my Evolve 50, and both of them have a joined 1/4th output. This cable allows me to run both wireless microphone receivers through one XLR input on the Evolve 50. They’re also properly balanced and well shielded, which reduces potential signal interference.The overall quality of the cables is nice, with a long 6 foot range that lets me keep both sets of receivers on my flight case right next to my laptop. Before this, I’d carry a large, fairly heavy live sound mixer in a flight case, which took a lot of time to set up and tear down. Now both of the smaller receivers simply fit into my mic bag, along with this easily wrapped cable, and that’s basically it. While it may not give me as many fine tuned EQ mixer settings over my mics, the EV 50’s live sound profile, coupled with a slight mid and high reduction make up for it nicely. Despite the dual 1/4th to XLR cable split, there wasn’t any signal noise, which leads to a 5 star review.

Amazing cable. I do was looking for a cable to go from the 1/4in outs of some of my gear into my Rodecaster Duo. This XLR to 1/4in works great. I can go out from my Akai Force and into my rodecaster and this frees up my other input to be able to use as a mic input. This really has helped my setup for live-streaming and video recording. The cable works great, transmits audio perfectly. The cable is great quality, nice and thick, very well made.

I got this XLR male to dual 1/4” TS Y splitter cable for my streaming setup, and it works perfectly. The braided design feels durable, and the dual shielding keeps the signal clean with no noise or hum.
