The mounting holes that allow for adjustment are NOT spaced the same as the original holes. The long vertical hooked/slot is wider than the original. If you plan on drilling new holes, then this is a great choice, but if you plan on re-using pre-existing holes and just want to move/adjust the position slightly, this may not work for you.

Front license plate required in California. Recently purchased car (KIA Niro) had no front bracket and only indents for holes. Didn't want to drill holes. Metal zip ties did the trick. License plate is fully visible and secure.

My boyfriend and I decided to install this with rivets rather than the hardware provided. Worked great. The value for the cost was worth it. It was easy to install. I measured and marked everything to make sure it was centered for the installation. It holds up very well on the road. I like the screw caps because it gives it a nice finished look. Sorry I forgot to take a picture of the bracket prior to installing my funny front license plate.

The XCLPF Front License Plate Bracket is an inexpensive option, and the quality reflects the low price—it’s fair but not exceptional. While it does the job, the installation process is quite challenging and not as straightforward as I had hoped.The materials are decent enough for the cost, but I wouldn’t expect it to last for a long time under tough conditions. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly solution and don’t mind a bit of extra effort during installation, it’s a reasonable choice.
