Shipped wrong product twice. First time the Supplier sent a file cabinet, second time they shipped an 18" fountain. Third time is unknown, since it hasn't arrived, but it's shipping by some weird AMAUS company, likely out of China, so dont expect the deliver dates to be correct!). Quality of the 18" fountain, looked like something made in a High School welding class/

I purchased this fountain for an interior design project. My contractor wasn't able to install it until after renovations and when he took it out of the box it was completely shattered. Unfortunately, it came outside of our return window so we were stuck with an unusable $500 fountain. Spare yourself and find another fountain.

At first was fine, then after it hung on wall for a while, it constantly leaks from the back top portion. Unfortunately I’m passed the return date. Would never buy again, very disappointing

I love this wall fountain only downfall is it didn't come with the hole in the back as the picture instructed and had a leak at the bottom of the right side where it looks like someone tried to fix but water still came through 😕

The fountain is great but the pump that comes with the fountain is terrible! It is very loud! The other thing that is disappointing about this fountain is that there is no remote to turn the pump on/off. I had to purchase a remote switch separately. the fountain comes with a remote to turn the lights on and off but it does not control the pump. for the amount of money that is charged for this fountain, one would think that the manufacture would include an $8.00 remote switch with the fountain. Please make sure that you as the consumer purchase a remote wall switch of plug into an outlet that is controlled by a switch. If you do not, the fountain will run constantly. I recommend the fountain but be prepared to change the pump or listen to an extremely loud pump.

Love it minus the loud pump. Adding the foam ender the pump helps but its still loud
