Beautiful fountain but don’t work

I've had this fountain for 60 days. The pump no longer works. I've done all the recommended cleaning of the pump (it doesn't have a filter, so I couldn't clean something that's not there), checked the cord for nicks, or crimps, cleaned the solar panel, and it still doesn't work. It's a beautiful fountain, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This product is listed as being made of strong material, I just had mine delivered today. I opened the box and as I carefully took out the parts, I got to the top most part.... Or part of the top most part. It's shattered and unusable.I've contacted the seller, will update this review if they make it right.I'm disappointed to see sellers shipping broken junk like this.

I like the appearance and it was easy to assemble. However, it doesn’t perform that well. The pumps do not always work even when the sun is shining directly on the solar panels. I have mine for two months and no longer works

My fountain arrived much quicker than anticipated. It was properly packed and easy to assemble. All parts were included and directions for use were easy to follow. I love sitting on my patio and listening to the sound of the fountain. The solar function is great—no cords to deal with. Very well made.

This is an okay product that does what it says it would. Made in China so I didn't expect too much in terms of quality control. When assembled it sits just slightly askew but turning it so it's not as visible seems to work for us. The solar pump is plenty powerful, perhaps too much. The water falling to the lower bowl splashes enough that after an hour or two the water level falls enough to shut off the pump. I do wish there was a way to turn the volume of water down so we don't have the splashing. Not unhappy with the purchase but I would not buy one again or recommend it to a friend.
