Bought 3 of these a week ago. I was initially happy, but was soon not. From the get go the speed/connection was poor even at the cameras lowest resolution. But at least it would register when movement happened and such and record the "event".Now, less than 4 days later. We upgraded our router to a 5/2.4ghz model which has made a world of improvement for our computers, multiple TV's, etc. But even on the 2.4ghz mode the cameras are supossed to support, we have nothing but connection issues with the cameras. While every other device in the house works great!I spent about 2 hours on "Tech Support Chat" with Wyze this afternoon and got exactly nowhere. After 20,000 times of resetting each camera, power cycling the camera, power cycling the router, etc. And literally feeling like I was "Chatting" with an AI (Probably was). The best we get is a "Live Feed" that is at least 30-60 seconds behind reality. I am not getting event notifications or recordings. They essentially are not working at all.At one point it was suggested by Tech Support I should have bought their brand of MicroSD card, and that could somehow be an issue.. My simple reply was "Send me one and if the problems go away I'll buy the other 2." I thought a pretty fair chance for them to show they are a company that will support their customers. I was told "We are not authorized to issue free products."Anyway. Look up this brand and "connectivity issue" on Google. They have serious issues the past year +-. Poor product, non-existent tech support, and a company that won't stand behind and fix their products.I'll be filing a return request shortly.

I really like this combo. It was easy to install and it works well with the app. The light are bright and the sensor has a really wide range. I wish the arms on thevlights were double jointed for greater aim control.

HUSBAND ASKED FOR OUTDOOR CAMERA. THIS ONE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE WIRED, SO NO ELECTRICIAN IS NEEDED. WE OPTED TO PURCHASE THE ADAPTABLE MOUNT WHICH JUST PLUGS INTO THE OUTLET IN THE GARAGE. THE CAMERA IMAGES ARE CLEAR, AND THE MOTION SENSITIVE CAN BE SET TO DESIRED LEVEL OF SENSITIVITY. EASY SET UP, QUICK DELIVERY AND THE FLOOD LIGHTS ARE MOTION LIGHTS — AND VERY BRIGHT!

Love this thing so much! Any wyze product is great but this is nice to have especially when you want to light up the driveway and do not have good lighting out front. The camera is amazing I like that you can make it talk and say it’s recording so the person knows, high quality camera, value for money, night vision is amazing. We have lots of wyze products and would never go anywhere else!

My mother's house doesn't really have a doorbell and she doesn't like to use batteries. She does have a light in the front door which we use this for. Installing was easy and set up was also easy. The app was simple and settings were a breeze to go through. You can customize the ambient lighting and the amount of light or sensitivity of the sensor. The lights are very bright and the picture quality was fantastic. Overall great camera system for anyone that can't use ring or nest doorbells.

Paid full price for an open box product. Box arrived improperly packed. Floodlight had smudges on it. Wires had clearly been twisted in marrettes previously. Marrettes, mounting bracket, and two sets of hardware had all been removed from sealed packaging and put back in except two bolts that were loose in the box. Product works so I didn’t bother to return it, but I’m not okay with this. Unconscionable business practice.

**update, i’m updating my review and improving overall score to 4 stars. After a few months of utilization I am very pleased with the camera itself and also quite pleased with the actual APP which had glitches for the first few weeks, but it appears Wyze has fixed the issue! **I am very impressed with the quality of the camera and motion sensor floodlights. The picture quality is quite good. Set up was super easy. After a few weeks of issues with the actual app, such as the push notifications not being sent. Wyze has fixed all that. Everything works perfect as it should. I’m actually going to buy a second one of these in the spring to set up at the other end of my property. Also, I like to add that app is pretty easy to use. I also upgraded to the $25 per year so the camera would help recognize people and animals. Totally worth it.
