They work however the same key works all the locks which was a little disappointing.

Like how the locks have a plastic base because you can not use a magnet to open them plus the keys are really fancy. Has everything that my husband needed it to have for work and more. Going to be great with all the extra peices to get everyone trained the way they need to be. Box is heavier than expected. Great set well worth the money.
