This hurricane bolts were well made, cleanly machined, and thread into other 1/4-inch hardware without issues. I use these for so many wood projects because of the oversized head that properly grabs the softer wood material, and the stainless steel means that it will look good for years to come where used outdoors.

I got these to be used as levelers on my CNC / laser fixture plate. When I need to clamp something, this provides a flat and adjustable back support for the clamp. They are true to size and fit perfectly in my 1/4-20 fixture plate.

I really like using this style of bolt when I need a shallow flush mount that won't pull through on thinner or weaker materials like Melamine. These also have a very nice finish that looks nice enough to use in visible areas. I typically prefer hex head, but the Phillips drive works fine especially if you're using a JIS driver.

These bolts are well made with a fine finish. This style of machine screw is great for applications that require an added washer on the head to increase its resistance to tearing through the material it holds, such as during a Category 5 hurricane. It also has a nice low profile on the screw head side useful when installed underfoot.

These are really nice and the threads are cut well. I like that you can use a Phillips or a standard screwdriver with them. The wider head is nice to spread the torque like a washer.
