How to measure your blood pressure accurately?
Take your reading and at the same time each day, use the same wrist.
Keep your feet positioned on the floor and do not cross your feet.
Put the BP cuff on in the right place as per instructions, on your wrist, above your bone. The screen should be on the side of your palm.
Please Keep quiet and relax the body, do not talk during measure. While measuring in a row, please span 4-5 minutes. Don't touch the main unit and wristband during the measurement.
Drinking alcohol or coffee, eating, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes should be avoided before you take a measurement.

I like that it’s a wrist cuff and is more of a one-size-fits-all and I like that it’s rechargeable. The problem I’m finding is that it hasn’t been accurate. My BP is controlled and has been for a couple years now, but this cuff is reading my BP super high, which I don’t think is right. Especially since it changes each time, by a lot.

Pressure readings seemed comparable to arm band monitor. Good: wanted rechargeble since last one didn't take rechargeable batteries. Bad: does not record time and date (I monitor during excersize breaks and compare day-to-day). Unfortunate: can set voice OFF, but voice comes back ON - if you turn off/on power switch.

I love that this is rechargeable so I don't have to keep the right size batteries on hand. It produces a reading so much faster than my old monitor. The numbers are large and easy to read and there is an audible option as well if you want the reading read to you.

This is a great little unit. It passed the man test: Can I use it out of the box without reading directions. I did look at the picture on the strap to see what direction it faced. The strap on one side is precurved and fits over your wrist. It hold the unit in place while wrapping the other.strap around the wrist - GREAT idea. After that, turn it on and press the start button. It guides you, takes the measurement and reads out the results. Now I need to read the instructions to see if I can turn off the voice prompts. Great idea, I just don't need to use it.
